At AUARA we have built a team of 12 people that has achieved an annual turnover pipeline of over €2m with a single product before the pandemic, numerous awards and a huge social and environmental impact. But the pandemic is forcing us to reinvent ourselves to grow bigger and better, and we know we can be a more productive team and achieve better results.
We want to consolidate our product portfolio and offline distribution channels, as well as develop our online sales and new innovative product categories. We want a seamless team, making the most of technology. We want working at AUARA to inspire something similar to working in Silicon Valley, but with a huge purpose.
We are looking for an Online Sales Manager to develop the digital sales channel. We not only want to be the social enterprise of reference in terms of social and environmental impact, but also a company of reference in terms of innovation, growth and results. Until now, we have paid very little attention to the digital sales channel, but from now on we consider it key for future development. We want someone with great executive capacity, effectiveness, efficiency and results orientation, but also with a good dose of craziness, with an entrepreneurial heart, with ambition and the ability to adapt to change, someone with purpose who lives AUARA's values, with a lot of positive and constructive energy.
As an OSM you will report directly to the CMO, work closely with the marketing team and lead the strategy and execution of online marketing and sales in a broad sense.
Expectations for the first 12 months
During the first three months we expect you to soak up our culture, get to know the team in depth with a deep personal contact to understand and "audit" our current online sales operations. During these first months we expect you to make your mark by introducing mechanics and tools, integrating yourself into our culture and winning over the team. In these first three months you will define the brand's digital strategy and one-year objectives, and start working with "real fire".
After six months, we want to see a clear impact on sales metrics.
We expect that in one year you will lead AUARA to have a multiplying growth reflected in sales results in the online channel.
Our ideal profile is someone with experience in online sales in a company/startup in the growth phase. Someone with strategic and execution skills. We want to put a lot of emphasis on a results-oriented profile.
35K € gross per annum + variable for targets
