It all started with a conversation
Sometimes, all it takes is a single conversation to kickstart something big. In 2024, Borja Respal—the creative force behind The Feelms Studio and a longtime friend—told Sebastián Yatra about what AUARA does.
It didn't take much more than that. A story, an image, an emotion… and Sebastián knew he wanted to be a part of it.
A few months later, he was traveling halfway around the world to see, with his own eyes, the reality of those who live without something as basic as water.
The trip that changed everything
The trip to Kenya wasn't just a trip. It was a revelation. Sebastián didn't just see a different reality—he lived it. He shared laughter, glances, stories, hugs… and he realized that providing clean water is about so much more than that.It's about restoring dignity, empowering communities, and building a future.
This has only just begun
This trip gave rise to more than just an experience; it sparked a commitment. A movement that began with the music video for “AMEN,” but will go much further with the support of Sebastián Yatra and his team for various projects in Kenya (Kirira Foundation) and Colombia (Ong Voluntariado) that will change the lives of many people.
Kikumini Elementary School

The quality of education for 76 students was improved with the installation of two water tanks, creating a safer and more suitable environment where they can learn and grow in a protected setting.
The Karimba Family

The living conditions of this family of 11 improved thanks to the renovation of their home, new furniture, a kitchen, and a toilet, ensuring a safer, more dignified, and healthier home.
Ikoongo School

A 10,000-liter water tank provided safe drinking water to 172 students and 12 teachers, ensuring that the children can learn in a healthy, dignified, and safe environment.
Katama School

More than 250 students and teachers now have better access to clean drinking water thanks to a 10,000-liter tank and a renovated latrine, improving the health and well-being of the entire community.
The Village of Panguí
(Colombia - Volunteer NGO)
The 90 families in this village, with a population of over 400, regained access to drinking water thanks to the rehabilitation of the dam, the filtration system, and new water pipes.
Puertoviejo
(Colombia - Volunteer NGO)
7,000 residents of this municipality will have access to safe drinking water thanks to a new water main and a water treatment plant, which will improve their quality of life.
